Tax-Free Meeting offer is for meetings with at least 15 guest rooms and is valid for meetings help up to December 31, 2009. This offer is not available on groups, meetings, or functions currently under contract. This is not available for social (wedding) guest-rooms blocks.

Meeting contract must be finalized no later than April 3, 2009, and meeting must take place in 2009.

Services provided tax free are limited to sleeping rooms, meeting room rental, food and beverage ordered through banquet event orders and billed to the master account, and audio-visual equipment rental contracted through the hotel's AV service.

Services not covered under this offer are food and beverage ordered through outlets, such as restaurants, room service, or cocktail lounges; tax on service charges; tax on any alcoholic beverages; tax on parking (valet or self-park). This offer is not available to wedding receptions and other social functions. The $1 per room per night destination-management fee and associated tax are not waived.

The Mills House Hotel may withdraw or modify this offer at any time prior to finalization of a contract with notice to clients with whom we are actively negotiating contracts.
