The Signer's Ballroom
What better place for a South Carolina business event than this room named for the four signers of the Declaration of Independence? Reminiscent of the history of Charleston, this room is adorned with antique chandeliers, sconces and period mirrors. Opening to the large Queen Street Gallery, this area is ideal for larger meetings and is one of the most upscale banquet rooms Charleston, South Carolina offers. This event space can accommodate 350 for a meeting and 250 for a banquet.
The Planter's Suite
Located on the second floor of our hotel, this junior ballroom is made up of three adjoining rooms. Meeting and banquet capacities of 100 and a reception capacity of 120 make this room the ideal destination meeting space.
The Planter's Suite adjoins the Robert E. Lee Room, named for the room in the original Mills House hotel, which served as field headquarters for the legendary general prior to the Civil War. Adjacent to both The Planter's Suite and Robert E. Lee Room is the General P.G.T. Beauregard Lounge. This intimate reception area can accommodate a group of 30.
The Middleton Room
Named for Arthur Middleton, the fourth signer of the Declaration of Independence, this elegantly appointed meeting room has a capacity of 35 and is capable of hosting a banquet or reception for 40. This room is also perfect for a private dinner for 6 to 16 guests.
Hibernian Hall
Hibernian Hall is a Charleston icon located adjacent to The Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel. This meeting and event space offers an additional 6,000 square feet for your South Carolina event. Learn more about Hibernian Hall.
