After a successful run of introductory pasta classes at Butcher & Bee, chef Michael Zentner will be hosting two intermediate pasta classes in the month of February. Classes include an intimate, hands-on pasta demonstration focused on preparing pasta dough and savory fillings. Students will learn how to cook and serve two styles of fresh pasta and, after class, enjoy the fruits if their labor over dinner at Butcher & Bee. Guests will take home detailed recipes to recreate their meal at home. Ticket includes class, dinner and wine pairings. ***Please note that attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event date. We are unable to issue refunds if canceled less than a week beforehand***
