The Mills House team appreciates you for thinking of us to host your next trip to Charleston and regrets any inconvenience these necessary changes to our amenities/services may cause. We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and abide by all government recommendations.

Is the pool and sundeck open?

The pool and sundeck are open to hotel guests. The pool will be closing for renovations beginning Mid-August and will reopen October. 

What are the Barbadoes Room & Courtyard hours?
The Barbadoes Room will be closed for renovations starting July 5th and will reopen this October.

What is the closest open beach?
Folly Beach is open and is about a 25-minute drive from The Mills House Wyndham Grand. Isle of Palms also is open and is about a 30-minute drive.

Do you offer Valet?
Yes, we have valet parking for guest of the hotel available for $44.00 nightly. Please pull up to the front of the hotel on Meeting Street and we will be happy to assist in parking your car.  

Do you offer transportation? 

There is no transportation through the hotel however we recommend TECS Limo Service. Please find their information at www.tecslimoservice.com

What is the closest golf course?
Patriots Point Links is the closest located only 10 minutes by car from the hotel, please make sure to prearrange tee times prior. 

What is currently open in Charleston?
All beaches, parks, retail and restaurants are open however please reach out to the individual store or restaurant for details. 

Is the fitness center open?

We ask that only 4 guests at a time use the fitness center and certain equipment will be out of order to help promote social distancing. 

Do you offer housekeeping services?
Yes, we ask that all guests are out of the room during cleaning to help promote social distancing.

What have you done for preventative measures?
We have removed all unnecessary collateral from guest rooms, added hand sanitizer station throughout the hotel, and our housekeeping team continues to focus their attention on high touch areas.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?
We require 72 hours to cancel your room without penalty. Please call our front desk if you have any questions about your reservations at (843) 577-2400.

Is the Mills House a dog-friendly hotel?
We are not a dog-friendly hotel, although we do allow service animals.

How far away are you from the airport?
We are located 13 miles from the Charleston International Airport.

The check-in at The Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel is 4:00 pm and 11:00 am check out time.
